Nordstrom Grill

One of my absolute favorite places to grab a bite to eat! A restaurant in my favorite department store? It’s genius! I’ve been coming here since it opened its doors. The food is amazing, best fries anywhere! The staff is hard working and friendly. Karen, Madilyn, McKenzie, and all the others who have come and gone over the years. I feel at home when I’m there and my girls love it too! We celebrate here! I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. Anytime, I come in I’m greeted warmly and if there’s ever anything amiss it’s tended to right away. Menus are inspired by seasonal offerings and usually include locally sourced options as much as possible. Love! Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly!! Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility friendly. They will do whatever is necessary to accommodate anyone.

2 stars is generous. Calamari was extremely chewy. My wife's "Lavender Fiz" drink was just sprite and lemon juice. Pasta was a bit peppery, but not terrible. Her shrimp had clearly started to go bad with an extreme fishy profile and her pasta quite bland. Nearly $100 for just the two of us to get sub-par food isn't acceptable. The service could have been better as it took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to be addressed by our server. The atmosphere is outdated and resembled an "upscale cafeteria". We will not be returning.

Came in Super Bowl Sunday and was pretty dead. They had to re do my burger because it was barely cooked. Not that big of a deal, except it took a long time. The food is pretty good! The problem was more about lack of service. Never came back to refill water, never came back to inform us that the burger would take a bit longer. Wasn’t that friendly. We just sat there in an empty restaurant seeing if she would ever come back. We still gave her a good tip, but I think customer service needs an overhaul.

We ordered the Halibut and not sure if it was old or overcooked but we could hardly chew it. We eat there often and this was the first time the food was really bad! You would expect more for. $75 lunch. I called the restaurant and the manager was to call but we never heard from her. Very disappointed as we always loved Nordstrom and the customer service!

Overall it was good food. The lamb chops were overcooked and dry but the crab bisque was wonderful. Service was great .Disappointed they didn't offer my 75 year old sister something for her birthday.

We got three salads, and we agreed that all three were not good. This restaurant used to have such good food.

I had no idea Nordi’s had a restaurant… and this place was phenomenal. Amazing food, service and overall vibe. I only got their soup as I was on a time crunch, but all the dishes coming out looked delish! If you’re at the mall or even if you’re not, this place is a solid choice for a good time and great food.

This restaurant (at Nordstrom, Park Meadows) used to be a pleasant destination experience. When Paula and Crystal were managers, the place was GREAT, and they really paid attention to make sure the customers were very satisfied with food as well as service. The food is not nearly as well prepared, and the service is suffering. Our waitress today was inattentive and made us feel like it was a real chore for her to fulfill simple requests. I had a "cold brew", and it was dated best by 5/5/23 ------ our waitress tried to explain that 5/5/23 was when it was made, but I Informed her that it was meant to be consumed by 5/5/23 (toady was 5/15/23). When the bill came, she did not charge me for it. When the kitchen staff comes out to use the rest room, they don't look like they are enjoying their job (like they can't wait for quitting time). All of the wait staff speaks highly of Austin, the bartender, and we have had him wait on us ------ and we always feel like we are being waited on by a diesel mechanic. We used to enjoy good meals and great service several months ago, and would enjoy visiting at least once or twice a week. It will probably be a long time before we go back. Although it is twice as far for us to travel to Nordstrom Cherry Creek, we enjoy the menu and service much better, and occasionally take time to enjoy a meal at that restaurant location.

Stopped in here on a whim while shopping. Food delicious. Atmosphere calm and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!
