poor service. was waiting for a cup of coffee for 15 min and the people working there were not nice

One Barista in particular needs to work on their customer service. Was waiting in line with my brother and once the counter was empty, we approached the cashier that was open and was told off by a male barista with glasses very rudely that he wasn’t ready for us as he was speaking to a couple on the side. Once he was done speaking to the couple he didn’t even attend to us so we were pretty confused as to why he needed to be rude. Love the Ebar but that guy killed the whole vibe, we will not be visiting that location again.

Pricey but Turkey on croissant is so good! Fresh too.

Best Eggnog Latte in town. Miss you at the Flatirons Mall.

While I was looking and trying to decide what pastry to order, I saw a small food fly flying all over the pastries. I quietly let the Barista know and her answer was “we know, the Manager knows and we can’t do anything about it.”
