Had the Japanese noodle dish with steak added and it was great.

Was sold a 1/2 a bowl is what they do now? I did have this 5 of 5 stars. But you can get a full bowl. Update Jan 2024: It is a lot better now.

I used to come here all the time. My last order got mixed up, so I gently reached out and assumed it would get resolved. I did get the following initial response, which was puzzling since I had provided the order number, date and items in the original inquiry… I provided the requested info again and it’s been 8 days without a reply. I did follow up twice. Nothing. I also see other people had similar experiences on here. That’s unfortunate. I’ll report back if they respond. First and foremost, thank you for reaching out. We are extremely sorry that you received the wrong order. This is certainly not the impression that we would like to leave with you and will do our due diligence to make the situation right. To help us look into the miss, if you still have your receipt or online order ID, that would help us tremendously? Or if you do not have either of those and paid with a card, a screenshot of the Noodles charge would also help.
