People were friendly, they asked for spice level, asked for drinks. Cons: Their milk teas are powdered, you pay an upcharge for protein and only get one or two protein max. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Amazing noodles. Finally had Ramen that actually made me think of Japan. The service is outstanding as well.

Was in Saturday night, was greeted by manger Troy, he walked me through the menu, told me about each soup and helped me pick my food, same gentleman made my food and served it right to me in amazing time, Amazing food workers and atmosphere noodlepig ! The fries and shoyu ramen was outstanding!

Terrible crew. After telling them three times my food was to go they sill prepared it for dine in. Then instead of making it fresh they just dumped the whole order into a liquid to go container. So my crispy chicken is a mushy soggy mess and the noodles have lost there shape. Would rate food zero if I could

2nd time here. The 3 of us got the Miso (with pulled pork), the Shoyu (with Chashu), and Thai Coconut Curry (with Chashu). Also ordered side of Gyoza. Our Boba orders were Taro, Cinnamon Chai, and Matcha. It was a repeat of our 1st time...FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! Portions were good for price. The broths were well balanced and complex while still being a great comfort food. Brie, one of Kitchen wizards making our food, checked in with us and we learned quite a bit of how they make noodles and the time to develop the broths amd make the pork (chashu and pulled pork). We will definitely be returning for more!! (Bonus: for each Ramen purchase, one is donated to local children's food charity and one to an overseas charity). (We ate too fast to include pics. Maybe next time. )

The food was absolutely amazing, especially that perfectly breaded corndog!

Everything was amazing!! Brie is so nice and helpful, I noticed her walking around making sure everyone's food was good and they didn't need anything! Super awesome customer service from them! 10/10 chance my boyfriend and I will be back!

I am from WAY out of town and just decided to stop by to try it out. I was met with a fun, clean and bright atmosphere. Ran by a man who genuinely loves what he does. Chris steered me towards the Zessan Ramen. I like my ramen quite a bit (even though I'm a fork welding heathen) and I can happily say it's the best I've had. If you're stopping by Grand Rapids, definitely give it a try!
