Ordered pho satay. No flavour just some chopped peanuts and lettuce at the bottom. Did not have basil for any of their pho dishes. Server dropped off the food and never came back. Tried to charge me for someone else’s bill. They advertise a Reno but it’s not great in there. Do not recommend
Thin sliced beef in ANY dish from Lemongrass beef to Special chow mein to wor wonton soup is consistently over cooked and hard and chewy. Need to marinade in tenderizer of some sort then lightly cooked. This was an issue from a year ago and still the issue today. If you lost revenue and customers it's because your beef is consistently over cooked and tough and dry when it should be tender and savoury. Need to address this issue that has been for over a year.
Vegetarian options: They do have but I did not try anything Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat with their families Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is access to restaurant and the other places in that raw
Nice restaurant and customer service. Enjoyed their noodles, exactly what I was looking for, right spice, and all. Staff also respectful, and polite every time.
Unfortunately the clean and moderately homey atmosphere was not enough to deserve anything beyond 2/5 stars. I've been here twice. The first time, I ordered the 5 color rice dish, the meat on the sugar cane "bone" was cold. Along with the store bought sausages and shrimp. The second time I dined here, I ordered the special pho. The broth came out green, murky and dark. Opposite of what you'd tend to find in other vietnamese places. The tripe and innards smelled bad and the rare beef was hard and chewy. Both times I've visited, the customer service staff were hard to find. We rang the bell several times and waited. By the 5-6th bell, a man who I assume was one of the chefs was asked if there were no longer bean sprouts served with the pho noodles, to which he answered "we don't do that here." Moments later, our waitress returned and promptly gave us the usual plate of bean sprouts and chili. If you want to come here, the bubble tea they serve is great. The atmosphere and clean open concept is wonderful. However, I would rather eat elsewhere for good vietnamese pho.
Service, atmosphere, and Vietnamese coffee here is great
