Entre was expensive and too salty and swimming in buttery sauce...rather that tastefully seasoned. Expensive and not that good. Wait staff was very good and fun.
Not the best experience. The hostess at the front door did not acknowledge us for a couple of minutes, and when she did, it wasn't very pleasant. I felt like because we didn't want any appetizers or cocktails, there was a little attitude. We waited almost an hour because there was a big top table which is understandable but not optimal. The chicken picatta was delicious, but the salmon was very dry and bland. It took over 10 minutes to pay the bill again because of the big table. Then, to some up it up, I went to the bar to pay my check. I had the receipt, but he charged me for a different tab and said I gave him the wrong receipt. There is no reason why I would give him a different check? He did apologize, but the nerve! Less than exceptable experience.
Incredible Italian food! Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.
Really good food/drinks live music good atmosphere
Nonna’s helped me celebrate 3 years with my wonderful girlfriend. Their staff and food are the best in town. This is our third year celebrating at their wonderful restaurant and the service has always been all class as Nonna keeps a wonderful crew/family. Thank you for once again putting a smile on my love’s face and making our evening.
Wonderful ambiance, delicious food. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Desserts were luscious. .
There is something that despite their money and large marketing budgets that chain restaurants cant match and that is...the atmosphere and energy of a well run local restaurant. Nonna's Italian Bistro captivates you from the moment you step in the door. A baby Grand Piano greets you as soon as you walk into the dining room with "All That Jazz" painted on the wall behind it. And its not there for show...okay well it is for live shows I mean. This is one of the very few places left where you can enjoy a fine meal while listening to a live jazz trio. Although this particular night they presented a local singer guitarist named Josh, who performed an array of contemporary songs. Okay you want to know about the food, is it good, is it plentiful, and is it worth it? The clear answer from our experience is YES, YES, YES!!!! The dining room is expansive, warm, well decorated (even if a bit cliche with poster prints of Italy that you might find in more cookie cutter places). But the reason you will fall in love with Nonna's is the yummy food, the service, and Nonna herself is known to frequent the tables to make sure everything is to your liking. Now that touch of authenticity is invaluable and is what will keep us coming back to enjoy Nonna's. Heck, we might even see you there!! #LiveRemarkably #StevieGSuccess
Terrible experience. First time visiting this place. Had a reservation for a romantic valentines diner (our first) with my girlfriend and we were kept waiting almost 30 minutes past our reservation time, while people off the street without reservations, where seated before us. The women at the front counter was sick (told us she had the flu as she sneezed in our faces) and was rude when we asked, at 30 minutes, when we'd be seated. She said 'what's your name again?' then got two menus and seated us in one of several empty booths. Something she clearly could have done much sooner. The piano player was a 16 year old who could barely play and was using sheet music with her mom shooting video. At the same time, they'd left the piped in mildly disco sounding music on while which drowned out the piano, sort of, and they were also showing a basketball game on a huge TV over the bar. It took another 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. we were done by that point and had already decided to leave. We will never ever return.
Great place. Highly recommended.
