Noko

Went to Noko for the first time last night and we loved it! We got the crab fried rice, tuna crispy rice, bok choy, lobster bao buns and dole whip. I would order it all again but want to go back and try more! The server gave great recommendations and always checked in at the right time. The call from the owner the day after to thank us for dining was just very nice. You can tell everyone on the team loves working there which makes it all better!

Had high hopes after seeing the countless amazing reviews, headed into dinner with an appetite to try the expansive menu. We tried the salmon carpaccio, hamachi crudo, burnt ends lettuce wraps, dumplings, and the market catch. Carpaccio was solid, hamachi also had nice flavor. Solid start so far! Then came the burnt ends, my oh my. The lettuce was lacking crunch, and while the pork belly was tender, it was way over-salted. This dish could have a used a sauce other than the marinade the pork belly was cooked and prepared in. Perhaps a chili sauce of some sort would help balance out the fat and salt of the dish. Would not recommend the burnt end wraps. As for the fish, it came with nice presentation, but the flavors were underwhelming. Not much if any smoke flavor was imparted by the oven, so the dish felt incomplete. Fish was nice and tender, but overall fell flat due to a lack of sauce and seasoning. Lastly, the dumplings.. you can skip these, really nothing to write home about. So bland. Overall, the dishes look nice, but miss the mark on the depth of flavor.

i’ve been wanting to come here for a few months and finally made it in and it did not disappoint. from the setting to the service to the food and everything in between it was perfect! i went to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day and it was nothing short of special thanks to Martha ❤️ we ordered the tune crispy rice, blue fin crudo, crab fried rice, burnt ends lettuce wraps, lobster bao, and our server brought out the hamachi crudo and pineapple sorbet as a gift. cant wait to come back!

This was our first visit at Noko, and we had the best time! We celebrated our anniversary here, which just so happened to land on Noko’s 1 year anniversary. From the host stand to the dining experience, they took such good care of us. Madeline was our server, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond! You can tell that the team works together to make sure everyone is taken care of. The food was 10/10 also! We will be back!!

Amazing night at Noko with Emory as our server. Everything from the first drink to the last dish was impeccable and would highly recommend to any and all family and friends.

What an amazing experience! We came here with friends who raved about their past experience and said we need to come to Nashville with them to go back. Well they were not wrong. The service was impeccable, the menu was unique, and the ambiance was perfect. The owners were so nice and hard working - I can’t wait to follow them into other future endeavors. Highlights for me were the blue fin crudo, crab fried rice, tuna crispy rice, and coconut cake. What a gem of a place that I will recommend to everyone I know visiting Nashville!

The food is absolutely incredible and we can’t get enough of it, but we definitely keep coming back for the service! The entire team is wonderful. The owner, Jon, knows a thing or two about hospitality and others need to take note. So classy, and beyond grateful for each guest that comes in the door and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Our server, Jeremy, was also phenomenal! He went above and beyond for our large dinner party and is a top notch employee. Can’t wait to dine again!
