Best ramen I’ve ever had (and I didn’t like ramen before tasting Nojo’s!!)

Tried the tossed noodles with chicken. Nice and chewy flat noodles. Will probably come back and try one of their broth noodles next time.

New favorite ramen spot! We loved the signature soy sauce tori paitan - very rich soy sauce and black garlic base, and the slow braised chicken leg was so tender. My personal fav was the shio paitan - what’s better than a rare-find bowl of rich creamy chicken broth on a rainy evening! Plus very efficient service.

Really good ramen. We got served in only 5 minutes and the sake was also really good, I recommend!

美味しいが味が濃すぎて、また行きたいかと言われたら、別に…というお店。値段もSFのど真ん中なのでしょうがないにしても、高すぎ。その割にはには感動的な美味しさはなく、普通。
