We visited during the Indian wells tournament and had a great time, until later that night when my husband and I both got food poisoning. We were throwing up all night! We contacted the restaurant to let them know what happened and they didn’t respond. Reckless, careless with food handling and worst of all they could care less.
PHENOMENAL Our first Nobu experience. We followed the guidance of our excellent server Ryan and everything was incredible. Start to finish for two people: Albacore Crispy Onion, Dry Miso Salmon, Tai Sweet Shiso, Chilean Sea Bass Dry Miso, Beef Toban, Japanese Red Snapper Matsuhisa style, Crunch roll, Bento Box dessert, Passionfruit Parfait dessert. The Coco Shiso mocktail was tasty as well $322 total plus tip Recommend and will return Parking: Free valet and golf cart to the entrance
My wife and I decided to splurge while celebrating my wife’s birthday during the tennis tournament. If you are worried about eating fish in the desert, beware this Nobu apparently does t know how to handle food. We had a fabulous meal but felt off shortly after the meal. We ended up both being sick all night throwing up. Our meal literally ruined our entire trip. We reached out to the restaurant and let them know what happened and no one responded. Think twice about going here.
DO NOT order the squid pasta, It was absolutely awful here. Big disappointment! Not at all like the dish prepared so deliciously at other Nobu restaurants or even like recipe in the Nobu Cookbook! Problem is they obviously used the wrong squid. Recipe calls for cuttlefish!! They should use it.
AWESOME....... great experience, great service, unreal food, flavors on point.......definitely a must try
