Sticky menus, sticky tables, dirty floor and luke warm food. Mutiple items needed to be sent back to be heated up. Very disappointing. First and last visit.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. The food is overpriced garbage. The food comes from a wholesale food distributor. it is not local, fresh or worth the deeply inflated price tag. The very large blonde waitress who can barely even fit within the tables is RUDE. Im not even counting when her boyfriend, who clearly doesnt even work there, came in in some chef outfit, came right up to the table as we were giving our order and pulled her away. We then did not see her for 15 minutes. This was before we even got our drinks. entirely unprofessional. I did let her know that. She just told me not to worry about it. once again displaying how professional noble crust isnt. Later, I was trying to order the extremely overpriced mimosa. I asked what champagne is used. she told me prosecco. I told her prosecco is not champagne. she immediately became agitated and snippy with me. She walked off again not to return for quite some time. We just left. I do not know what experience this wait staff has. but if a waiter thinks prosecco and champagne are the same thing, they need to work in fast food. You dont advertise craft cocktails and then make mimosas with prosecco. Who made this drink menu? a recovering alcoholic? a 20 year old? Someone without taste buds? Noble crust tries to be this cute little overpriced trendy place. but every single thing about the place is a put off. The price. bad. The food. bad. The service. awful. The ambiance. lackluster and leaves you feeliing like you are in a hospital. The managing staff is also unprofessional. The large manager runs around the entire time like a chicken with her head cut off. Yelling, oozing sweat, hair flying everywhere. Noble crust is an overpriced circus minus the entertainment. I took a peak into the drink station. They dont even clean your glasses properly. When you order water, they use some nasty microfiber cloth to wipe all the leftovers off. They then just toss the microfiber into a pile of 100 nasty microfibers that are not even hidden from view. They then just reach into that nasty pile and clean your glasses with it again. I figured out what was going on with a 3 second peek. I can only imagine what they are doing with your plates and silverware in the back. Nasty Crust is what they should change their name to. This place isnt even deserving of a single star. I give them 0/5 on all fronts. Atrocious, horrifying, disrespect and laziness are the only words that come to mind when I think about Nasty Crust. I had a couple friends with a similar experience (because of course they did at this place) post a negative review as well. A few days later the manager messaged them both offering a free meal for the review to be taken down? If you have to literally bribe your patrons to not give you a bad review. you should be wholly ashamed. Plus, literally dominos has better pizza than you. That is more than embarrassing.
