I ordered honey chicken and beef fried rice and the food is fire and extremely tasty.

Ordered my daughter food as I was on my way to work, Tommy - who says he is the manager GAVE MY ORDER AWAY and kept acting like he didn't understand what happened to the order. He wouldn't apologize or try to rectify the situation outside of offering to remake it, which I DID NOT HAVE TIME because I was headed to work. I literally had to beg him.for at least an apology. He did not care. Very disgusting and disappointed in the lack if accountability. Wouldn't order here again. Very disorganized and clearly do not care about customer experience

Ordered sweet and sour chicken to pick up, got home, no sweet and sour in the bag. Also ordered fried dumplings, got home, they were soggy. Won't be going here again.

This place. We are in the middle of a triple pandemic. I have watched the customer service gentleman cooking food in the back and handling the food with his bare hands. Then proceeded to make cash transactions at the register. He did not wash his hands and then immediately went back to finish preparing food. I videoed the entire ordeal. I wish I could upload the video. However I can only upload pictures .

Probably the worst Chinese place to eat spent $30 on disgusting food chicken was soggy lomein had no flavor and shrimp fried rice was not seasoned or all the way done do not eat here

I am very disappointed in the amount of unprofessionalism I experienced the other night while trying to get dinner. I ordered online to try to avoid any waiting and I was wanting delivery. I called the store because once I realized my order was placed under pick up, I was confused because I thought I could do delivery since I’ve done that before. Whenever I called, a gentleman answered stating delivery was no longer an option and I told him that I must’ve got it confused and then got smart with by his tone and asked was I still going to pick up as if I had any other option. Whenever I arrived to the store, he seemed to be under pressure as there was a few people in line waiting for their food and phone ringing. There was a lady in front of me saying there was some type of coupon she was trying to use & he wasn’t want to honor it but instead of being more professional about the situation, instead he gave this lady a rude face and brushed it off as if she wasn’t talking to him. I finally approached the counter to relieve my food when he then tried to get smart again by saying “you wanted delivery but we don’t do delivery” it wasn’t the sentence that was smart, it was the tone he kept using. I’ve never understood why owners get rude with their customers when we’re the ones helping keep their business running. I’ve been going here for a while now but after that night, I will never order again. I honor customer service over taste. I hope this review humbles the own to respect their customers more. Also, my food was nasty and the egg rolls tasted old for $50? I rather go somewhere else.

Decided to try this place after a gentleman left a menu at our door. We were NOT disappointed. Not sure why all the negative reviews. The food was REALLY good, decent sized portions. We got a variety of items and everything was delicios. Chicken with garlic sauce was my favorite. We also got fried wontongs, Curry chicken, Chinese donuts, edemame, white rice and house fried rice and everything was delicious. Prices are affordable as well we got a lot of food and it was only 56.00.
