No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

This is an amazing gluten free bakery. Even my non gluten free family love it! Great people great food and good prices. You should definitely go there!

Literally the best gluten free dairy free bakery I’ve ever been to, and the owner and staff are incredible! My fiance and I walked in there for the first time and were given so many samples and they took time to explain their items. Such warmth and love in this bakery, will be returning everytime I’m in the area. Also, the food is so good you can’t even tell they’re gluten free. Truly incredible. I hope they open one in Denver one day.

Amazing customer service and delicious treats! I’m also not a person who normally eats dairy or soy free but have had to cut it out as our new baby has an intolerance to it . I would have never known the difference between these vs the normal. We will be back !

We have had nothing but positive experiences at the bakery and with the owner. He goes out of his way to accommodate you. This is our favorite bakery in town.

Our family visits No Cow weekly! We most love the variety of food, the texture of the breads (lat's be honest-its hard to get GF and GF food to taste AND feel good, but No Cow does it!) and the most friendly customer service. Management is almost always present and greets us in a genuine and personal way. Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, this is the bakery to visit, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions! One of our family members who is not gluten-free has said that No Cow has the best cinnamon roll in the town.

Everything I’ve tried here is so yummy! The staff is very friendly and helpful and make the experience so much better :) 11/10!! Happy to support this local bakery!

This is hands down the best bakery I’ve been too. I can’t believe the magic they are able to do without flour or dairy! The pastries are super fluffy and delicious! Dietary restrictions: All gluten free and dairy free bakery! Anything with eggs is marked.

Hidden gem in castle rock! Incredible gluten-free/dairy-free options. Everything I had was absolutely delicious!! Great service as well. I’ll be back and certainly order for my next gathering.

Cannot rave about this place enough! The gluten free bread is delicious and makes me enjoy bread again. It toasts very well and has an amazing taste. Highly recommend!
