The food was good (save for the curly fries, they were skinny and burnt). But beware, they charge everything separately, including sides.

Eat here every couple of weeks, but could eat it every day! Been coming here for 20+ yrs (old location) Guess Lou doesn't remember me! (I gained weight and got old!) Anyway the CharChick is the BEST chicken sandwich around Edit: I've been eating here since they were on Westnedge. Lou used to greet me then, not now, ever. Kinda disappointing since he's here chatting everyone else in the restaurant up. Oh well, just me I suppose. Well tonight our food was still great so that's good. However we waited quite a while for service and food. In fact the couple who came in way after us and ordered after us (Lou severed their drinks) and received their food a good 5 minutes before us. Will still be back, foods great and that's the point. Wont be in as much though. I guess I'm old fashioned, it's nice to feel a little appreciated.

Just go there and eat. You wont leave disappointed. For real.. stop reading reviews and experience life for yourself. But if you must know.. the food was good AF. The service was friendly and fast.

Everything is just so fine. I love hot dog and burgers and the pop machine so that I can pick what I want to drink. I really think this restaurant should be rated as the best restaurant in Kalamazoo. I can pick any veggies that I want, cheese and sauces as well. The owner, the old bold guy is really kind to every customers. Thank you for your services!

Great sports bar. Amazing burgers. Just moved to town and already know this is going to be a favorite.
