Nichino is fantastic. In particular I recommend the Dynamite (geoduck) Dungeness and mushrooms, and the Foile Gras Albacore. Simply amazing, genius dishes. Staff is on it and all around setting is great. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle.
Best ever! Food, atmosphere, and service! Highly recommend!
A hidden gem - Nishino boasts excellent service and such kind chefs and owners! Definitely a little expensive compared to other sushi spots in the city but I can say I’ve never had fresher fish before. Omakase was a great deal as well. Great for a special occasion or date night.
Best Japanese in Seattle!
really interesting art on the walls the bamboo sake was cool the sushi was really good! loved the chef's choices, they're also quite flexible on ordering off the menu
Amazing sushi. One of the best places we’ve ever eaten. We did the tasting menu and it was worth it. If you want unique sushi then splurge here and go.
Blown away! Tucked away, Nishino is a perfect little oasis for dining delicious, fresh sushi. Our waiter was so pleasant and delightful. He had a great attitude, sense of humor, and was so kind. Then there's the food - WOW. So fresh, so delicious. Had a previously bad experience with eel and with the trusted recommendations and preparation of the chefs, have been altered for the better. Everything was lovely. Such a spectacular place and already can't wait to go back!
Slightly overcharged for what they serve. I asked how much was Omakase and the server gave me very vague answer which actually made me feel like I didn’t want to order. Vague answer with tricky mode. Except that, service was okay.
Always a special treat to experience Nishino’s! From the moment you enter they make you feel welcomed. The seafood is fresh and delicious, service is exceptional and the setting is unpretentious and relaxed. Don’t miss the hamachi jalapeño and caterpillar roll!
