this was love at first sight!!! the food was so yummy n the workers were the friendliest!! it felt very comforting and the staff know exactly how to make you feel right at homee! d(^___^)b

I was recommended the Pork Katsu Curry and it was really good. The beef roux was very flavorful.

We went here expecting to be pleased given the generally good reviews, however the pork curry bowl, the shrimp curry bowl and the chicken karaage were all mediocre. The curry wasn’t bad, but nothing to come back for. The fried shrimp was also far from the best I’ve had. Lastly, it’s overpriced for what it is. Wheelchair accessibility: Yea, ramp to front door

Such good food here!! Tastes exactly like the curry I had in Japan, and I have to say to say this was the best service I’ve experienced in all of SF so far. The owners and workers are so sweet and kind, and make you feel very welcome. Definitely worth it for the price.

Excellent food for the price, and generous serving sizes. Service was fantastic, especially from Barry who patiently answered any questions we had with clarity and a smile, and brought out a high chair for our infant. Indoor and outdoor seating are both great. We got the chicken katsu curry and the vegetarian croquette curry, and both were delicious. Kid-friendliness: They kindly provided a high chair.

Amazing food. Run, don't walk, to Nippon Curry. Legit and scrumptious Japanese cuisine. We did carry out. A whole meal cost what an appetizer next door does. Quick preparation. Friendly servers. Great packaging. But the whole point is food. And daaaang this is good!!

Consistently delicious food is served here. Absolutely hits the spot on a cold winter day and just the right spice in the summer.
