Night Owl Cookies

These cookies are so yummy. I especially love the red velvet one because the frosting on top is delicious. My order was to-go so I can’t speak about the atmosphere; however cashier was friendly and my order was quick to come out. I highly recommend you buy a 6 pack of cookies and share them with your family and friends. Parking: The Spots right in front of the Night Owl were all taken so I had to park towards the right and walk a small distance. Not a big deal. It’s expected with such a busy shopping center.

Horrible have no clue or explanation of why the owner got rid of the old staff just grabbed a cookie and two white people who came in after me got served ridiculous waited 20 minutes after ordering prior to these people

This week me and my family were on vacation and saw this cookie joint on DoorDash. Because we had a sweet tooth we ordered 4 cookies Monday night. Then Tuesday ordered 8. We just ordered some more, it’s Thursday. (Because we had dessert yesterday). ITS SO GOOD DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! ((((Fruity pebble ones my fav)))

Had an awful experience here today. I dont tend to write bad reviews, im usually the type of person who likes to address the good things people do. But my experience today was awful here. Came with a few friends and after a while sitting and having a regular conversation (as i imagine thats what the tables are for), the lady in charge of the register decided to yell at us from the register to tell us very rudely, to lower our voice because we were being loud and she had a migraine. It is not my problem if the place has awful echo. Ended up having a discussion with her, first time EVER, that this happens to us. Then at 11:50pm we left, and she locked the door. Horrible attitude, doesnt care about business, no people skills. Also saw other comments here regarding the same things.

The food was good but the lady behind the counter at 11:14 dec 25 2023 was very rude and and had a very nasty attitude she was also on her phone while servicing customers.
