Nico's Tex-Mex Cantina

Chips and salsa is the only thing that’s good here. Service was fined but the rest of the food was terrible. I think they use mozzarella on some of our dishes. The selection for Tex Mex in the area is massive and this place has lots of competition. I hear their happy hour is great, so maybe check it out if you don’t feel like actually eating anything .

I work in the area and can't believe I am just now trying Nicos. I can't think of anything I dislike about this place: clean, sleek, aesthetically pleasing restaurant, great food that's reasonably priced, fast and friendly service. I think I found my new favorite sit down Mexican restaurant. I'm already looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Food cold, didn’t bring my drink, asked for no mushrooms it was covered in mushrooms. Call restaurant the guy didn’t care, wouldn’t help told me to call Uber back the girl was so rude, acted like she didn’t understand.

I did not feel comfortable with the service. The waiter was in hurry for us to leave. My chicken soup was too salty. I won't come back.

Food is awesome, great service and speedy during lunch rush... 10 out of 10... Go visit Roberto!!!

The last two times I’ve eaten at this restaurant I’ve gotten extremely sick. My coworker as well. Got sick last Tuesday and today like myself. I called to speak to a manager, but managers not on duty today. So I’m leaving my review. Be careful what you eat because you might get Montezuma‘s revenge. I have never gotten so sick like I did last Tuesday and today. My work colleague had to go home today last week she barely made it through the day. We normally went every single entire Tuesday for taco Tuesday for lunch. As time is going on, the service has gotten worse. We’re not allocated to take an hour and 15 minute lunch. There were only two tables and we were one of them. I’ll be calling back tomorrow to deal with the manager if he’s even there. But be very careful what you eat at this restaurant because you might end up being extremely sick with no recourse. it used to be a fantastic place a year ago, and for the past 48 weeks that I’ve gone with the service has gotten worse and obviously the food is not up to par being sick two weeks in a row. The only thing safe to eat right now is just the chips and salsa. And you’re lucky if you get a refill on your drink.

2024 Update: Horrendously over priced. $8.50 for a beer with 2 Table Spoons of michelada mix. As Elon would say, GFY! Price gouging is a direct assault on your customers! I Will not be going back. Sincerely a long-time customer.

We always enjoy eating at Nico's. Friendly people, fun bar area. Great fajitas. Great drinks. Excellent service. Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Parking: Spots up front are often taken or tight. Cars in the lot are a sign of good food in the restaurant! Kid-friendliness: Families are always welcome
