As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 20 live roaches under the dish machine in the kitchen. Observed approximately 10 live roaches under the three compartment sink in the kitchen. Observed approximately 3 live roaches in the bar area. Observed approximately 10 live roaches in the pizza make area under the equipment. **Warning**

Ohhh we when there to have a great music experience. But ohhh no they were playing with playback not only the music back track but vocals too. The wine 54$ for a Cote du Rhone that you can by at 7,95$ at Trader’s Joe! Plus they charge you 5$ per person for entertainment fees. Will not go back there for sure!!!

Mucha demora para que te atiendan en el bar. Los meseros no van a las mesas para ofrecer sus servicios. Puedes estar esperando 45 minutos( incluso con el lugar vacio), es una falta de Etica total.

New Years Eve party at Nicky’s. Initially the service was excellent but by 9pm the table service was nonexistent. Waited an hour to get another round of drinks, we never got desert and the band was not the one that was advertised. Food was bland but eatable. We finally had to leave at 11pm to get a drink at another downtown bar. Save your money- so many better options in downtown Sarasota.

Al Fuller blues jam has been great at any of the venues it has been held at, including Nicky's. Venue needs a hard look at the their performance.. Staff was trying hard but overwhelmed. Ravioli dishes were cold, and over cooked. No bread, water or cutlery on table. Great difficulty sorting out our bills. Rather expensive evening. I think we will look to see Al Fuller at other venues going forward.

This place is really a 2 1/2 star. I was generous to give it a 3. The only reason to go here is to hear Al Fuller and friends play blues. They are outstanding musicians. The restaurant is cramped, not customer-friendly and dingy. There is a bathroom in the dining room that is unisex with one toilet. It is unbelievably dirty! I don't think anyone ever sweeps the floor judging by the dirt caked in the corners and it for sure has not been mopped. Since the bathroom is so filthy, I shudder to think what the kitchen must look like! There is a $10.00 per person music charge! Really?! I have visited this restaurant twice. Both times I ordered red wine that was served in a slim white wine glass. Small pours! The owner needs to close the restaurant, do a thorough cleaning and look at it thru the eyes of their customers. It's a great location in beautiful Sarasota, but so tacky and dirty! (Hope Al finds a better place for his Wednesday blues)
