Sandwiches are incredible. My favorite is the Roast Pork Banh mi. Would have posted a photo but demolished the sandwich. Everything is fresh. The parking lot is fast and furious. Coffee is great espresso with condensed milk DELICIOUS.. Cash only Easier, if you speak Vietnamese.. Parking: Very busy parking lot

I don’t even know where to start.. first I ordered a Thai tea. it has chunks!! it wasn’t properly made and powder everywhere. The Banh mi bread was stale the veggies weren't cut. the spring roll was okay mainly because the sauce CARRIED the whole dish. The service was also so trash the ladies at the front register never know the prices. No price signs anyways as well. No hair nets or hats even though they are around all the food. The space itself is actually alright. Tôi thậm chí không biết bắt đầu từ đâu.. đầu tiên tôi gọi một tách trà Thái. nó có khối!! nó không được làm đúng cách và bột ở khắp mọi nơi. Bánh mì đã cũ, rau không được cắt. chả giò không sao chủ yếu là do nước sốt MANG THEO toàn bộ món ăn. Dịch vụ này cũng rất rác rưởi, những người phụ nữ ở quầy đăng ký trước không bao giờ biết giá cả. Dù sao cũng không có biển báo giá. Không có lưới tóc hoặc mũ mặc dù xung quanh họ là tất cả thức ăn. Bản thân không gian thực sự ổn.

This food shop is not competitive compared to other nearby Vietnamese food shops. Some food items are overpriced. For example, a tiny portion of Vietnamese bean pudding (che dau) was almost double the price compared to other shops. Banh mi was sold at the same price, but it has much less meat and vegetables, and the pork was full of fat. This was my first time to the shop so I gave it a try and bought quite a few different food items. I noticed some red flags when I first came to the store but I decided to give them a benefits of doubt. For instance, even though it has a better parking area, better location, bigger store, and looks good inside, it has significantly fewer customers than a nearby shop where people often have to wait in a long line at the checkout. There were other red flags as well, but it is too long for me to say it here. After giving it a try, I feel like I just wasted my money. I don't think I will come back again. I prefer the other stores.

excellent parking, they have tables with better condiments, i hear they have a hot sauce competition i just missed so will have to return

Ordered a vegetarian banh mi and got an hard baguette bread with an egg on the side Vegetarian options: Was only offered egg as an alternative

Mì khô so bad

Just discovered a hidden gem, the place has super delicious asian food, the atmosphere is warm, the food comes out quickly, no wait too long
