I was so happy to see this establishment and I was not disappointed. The service is always consistent and outstanding. Lastly, the food and desserts are always fresh and the sweet tea is very refreshing.

Love the fresh salads and bread. Comfortable seating. I wish they had one in St. Pete area.

To start, my wife & I LOVE Newks, so writing this review is disappointing, but long overdue. Over the past year, the service/quality at this location continues to go downhill. What triggered this review is happened on Saturday, 9/16. We drove 40 mins. to dine here. The store opens at 11am and we arrived at 11:07, but the front door is still locked. After a few minutes, the kitchen staff comes to unlock the door, doesn't greet us, just unlocks and walks straight back to the kitchen. As we already knew our order, we waited by the register, the 2 guys in the kitchen see us, say nothing, and just continue working. After 5 minutes of just waiting by the register, I ask, "are you guys open?" (Implying the obvious, is anyone going to take our order?) The guy says, "yes," but continues to just work. After another couple minutes go by, the message was clear - they could care less. For 10 minutes, we waited and not one person cared to even say a word to us. Again, very disappointed in having to write this review about Newks. My wife & I have been coming to this Newks location since they first opened, yet it continues to go downhill with service/quality. Best of luck.

My first visit here In about 3 years, my friend Enjoys the Atlanta restaurant. One poor lady Was expected to do everything so it seemed, not possible! Will not return, sandwich for $11dollars was dried hard bread and mostly turkey,very Bad from my yesterdays!! My friends salad was missing Many ingredients that were supposed to be added, but I am blaming a lot of it on low Staffing!Hopefully they will Get more help and improve!

Very big shout out to the Manager Courtney, I love the place, food is amazing and fresh, very friendly team, 100% recommended.

This place is like Panera on steroids! The most delicious food and awesome selection! The atmosphere is adorable, you'll want to eat inside. The staff is professional and quick serving. They are always happy to help. Love, love, love Newk's!

You better call before you order food on Newk’s app. I got a call after placing the order because they did not have to-go boxes. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have to-go boxes?? The employee that called me was very rude and said they cancelled the order and I could order again if I wanted. They said that the money will be refunded when banks open but that usually takes a couple days. Food is decent but clearly management has no clue how to do their job ordering what they need for their restaurant to run properly.

Service is non existent here. Food taste good. The rest- thumbs down

The food was good, although the pesto chicken sandwich is a bit dry. However, Ms. Keisha at the counter was fantastic! Super friendly, sweet and accommodating, definitely the best thing about today's lunch.
