GLUTEN FREE PIZZA MISSING
I had high hopes for this place being in close proximity and them selling pizza by the slice (well, with a 2-slice minimum ), but they disappointed. I thought the pizza was dry. When you fold real NY pizza it should drip oil from the cheese. The veggie toppings on one of my slices were under cooked as I kept biting into raw onion. All things considered, the pizza didn't taste horribly but it certainly wasn't anything to call home (Brooklyn) about. The restaurant was awful though. It was dark and dingy and everything was dirty and greasy, from the serving try to the condiments and the table tops. I had to handle everything with a napkin. Gross. The pleasant surprise was that they are only one of a few places that serve a non-alcoholic beer with pizza. One and done.
Owner is very condescending and nasty. Store score is a 84. He boasted about being in the game for 20 yrs and does not plan on improving his customer service. It’s not about quantity as it is about quality. Unfortunately, he has lost a long time customer.
It’s time for this place to be shut down by the health department. It’s a very run down pizza shop hidden in a corner of this plaza. Definitely not a clean place to eat at.
Looked for a new, tasty NY pizzeria and came across this place while housesitting in buckhead so I drove to it. The lady working the counter was nice. She left to get food as we got there so we waited for her to return. Upon her return, we ordered and waited for our food. We exchanged pleasantries and she assured me their pizza was great and I’d certainly be back. I will NEVER return. The pizza was dry and the sauce was terrible. The toppings were scarce despite paying extra for them, but the worst part was getting the “special” with 10 wings. If by “special” they mean food poisoning, then they were on the money. The wings tasted funny so I decided not to eat more than the 4 I ate, the rest I threw away. It’s 4:30AM and I’ve not left the toilet. Friday I had a routine colonoscopy and had a pretty great prep and if anyone knows what that’s like, it’s self imposed diarrhea. This food poisoning and explosive bowel movements from the wings is horrendous. I love a good “hole-in-the wall” but that place was unsanitary and as I stated, my first experience will surely be my last. I always look at ratings for places and weed out the personal stuff for legit bad reviews. I made the mistake of not reading theirs and I’m paying for it. NEVER AGAIN!
Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in Atlanta. The sandwiches are a joke though.
