New York City Pizza

Well, it's just sadness and tears. I am silent about the dirt and stench everywhere. I was surprised that the salad did not have the main ingredients - they asked to return the salad, they didn’t even eat it. The pizza here may give you an upset stomach. I was afraid to give it to my child. When it was time to pay, they charged us money for the salad, which we immediately returned. I now understand why they have no clients. I wish you a speedy closure, the place is good, there should be a decent establishment there.

We were in the area sight seeing for the day and decided to try their pizza. I always try to find good pizza since moving out of NJ. We grabbed two plain slices each. Abby was our server, she was very attentive and helpful. Our pizza was thin crust, crisp, very cheesy and the sauce was good. Would recommend.

Great service, great pizza, cool place to chill and have fun with family. Thank you everyone for a great time. And all the information on the city.

Lunch today was a disaster. Our server was a young woman who was clueless about the menu. We asked for half and half tea and she brought out unsweetened. We asked if we could order spaghetti with meat sauce and explained that we didn’t want tomato sauce. She brought this orange sauce with meat in it along with ziti noodles. We ordered a ny slice of vegetarian pizza that was burned black on the bottom. When I complained, they brought me another slice with raw vegetables on it. As for the spaghetti with meat sauce, we got spagetti with tomato sauce and a bowl of orange stuff with meat in it. Awful!!! What a waste of money the meal was. We would never go back.

Awful soggy crust and very little ingredients

This place was hidden when we went looking for it. It was very delicious. We ordered the Italian fries and a pepperoni pizza. Service and food was great!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered. With all of the wonderful places in Charleston to eat, definitely skip this one. The bartender was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. He never refilled my water or asked how my food was. I left most of it because it was tasty at all. I’m not sure how you mess pizza up, but this place has figured out how.

One and done. We just ordered delivery and we’re missing part of our order. The driver said he didn’t have it and when we called, the person we talked to wouldn’t credit it or send the missing order to us on their dime. Too many other places to eat here when you can’t get the basics right and your customer service is pathetic.
