Best hot and sour soup ever!
The owner of this New York Chinese restaurant has a serious attitude problem. Their rudeness is off the charts – it's like they don't understand the concept of customer service. From dismissive responses to outright impatience, dealing with them was a nightmare. It's a shame that such an unpleasant owner taints what could potentially be a decent dining spot. Avoid if you don't want your experience soured by their discourteous demeanor.
We were excited to try out this restaurant. However, the rice grains were not cooked thoroughly, and so the grains had a crunch to them. The orange chicken tasted like they used char siu sauce which was a bit different from the typical taste. I just was not a fan. Also, the Hong Kong pan fried noodles was such a small portion, in comparison to the sauce, and veggies that comes separately(then you mix in to the noodles before eating). The hot and sour soup was also different because it has celery.
Enjoy their food but their delivery service is HORRIBLE. Always always at least 90 minutes. Tried this time because time said 25 minutes and ended up being just about two hours. Grubhub canceled without my approval and they expected me to pay the driver when it was a Grubhub gift card. Never got the food. Not their fault it was canceled but they need to be better with delivery
