New York Bagel

Embarrassing. The only word to sum this place up. They charge $15 for a BLT that has 2 tiny pieces of bacon that wouldn't satisfy a 2 year old. Their pictures on Uber Eats are very misleading and their sandwiches DO NOT look as advertised. The craziest part is that they are charging $15 for a $2.50 sandwich. Pure insanity. Save yourself the time, headache, and hunger. Go elsewhere.

This place should be ashamed to call themselves a bagel store. Please show me where the scallions are on this “scallion” cream cheese bagel. Do you see the amount of cream cheese on that bagel!! What a joke. And the absolute audacity to charge me extra for SCALLION cream cheese. That container of “vegetable” cream cheese was $8. I believe there were three pieces of pepper in it. No vegetables at all!!

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered $30 worth of French toast, Bacon and shake for Delivery. The send to my business with no Syrup, Butter, fork, knife, napkins, or straw. When I called to tell them they did not send and please help, they speak broken English and said “it’s in the bag” which it was not obviously and they hang up on me. Then after 4 calls in row back. They all the sudden don’t answer. NO PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS OR CUSTOMERS. You should be ashamed!! I may also add I’m a local business only 4 block away. They want to charge top dollar for piss poor food and service.

I ordered a plain bagel w/cc and Turkey sub for lunch through Uber eats. They happened to mess up both orders. They won’t give refund. I’m out of breakfast and lunch.

Very bad service no manner how to treat customers

The lady working here is extremely rude. Very bad service. I don’t really care because not going back, however anyone reading my review really consider going there.

Awful costumer service…seriously it’s really horrible , the lady working at the front is so rude and has no manners. Hiring staff like them is so bad for business, they have no standards and don’t know how to treat others .
