New York Bagel & Deli

I wouldn't even call this bagel mid. This is one of the worst bagels I've ever had. It was soooo dry. We asked for them toasted with cream cheese and they didn't even toast it. What kind of clown show are they running over there.

You want the real deal.Pastrami piled high .Bagels that the real deal .This is the Jewish home style Deli.

I stopped there for their locs and bagels. Very good, and fresh. People are very nice and thoughtful that wait on you. Parking: I parked on the street where this is a parking meter. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Good bagels but they close too early.

Walked in at 7 am to get 5 dozen bagels and cream cheese. Bagels were warm. Our faculty and staff enjoyed them.

Delicious, fresh bagels. They also put cream cheese on both sides, which every shop should do! Loved my lox sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. They were quick and attentive. Also very affordable for LA! Will certainly visit again!

Lowkey, quick stop fave for takeout bagels or sandwiches. We eat here in a pinch but it's just a few tables in the rear. The tuna sandwich is heaven and as a New Yorker forever, the bagels ( and definitely the bialys) are worth a trip from the S.F. Valley. They're the closest to home I've found❤️

I grabbed a half dozen bagels for the house and have only had the plain and pumpernickel - they are both wonderful. Like any good bagel they store nicely in a paper bag inside your bread box. Like any good bagel they are quite a bit better the first day than hey are the second. The bagels are fantastic. Slightly less chewy than my favorite place in town, which is completely about personal preference. My family likes these more than the other. I also grabbed a cream cheese and tomato sandwich. Unfortunately this reeked of Santa Monica and not of Brooklyn. The cream cheese was applied to one side only and was about a tablespoon’s worth. I’m gonna try this place again and assume that it was the kid’s first day there - I didn’t take a photo. Hopefully I’ll be changing this to a five star review when I go in and they don’t serve me like I’m on some weird diet.
