The quality of the food here has really gone down hill since they first opened. One could go get frozen Chinese food at Trader Joes or from any other cheap fast food Chinese restaurant, and you'd come away with food that is better in quality, actually contains flavor, and will certainly be a better price. Whoever is preparing the food here either doesn't care about the quality of it or just does not know how to prepare Sichuan dishes. The staff is friendly, but the food is lousy.
This food is not good. It lacked flavour and everything tastes like it came from a box. It was completely inedible and not even close to tasting authentic. If you despise all flavour, this is the place for you. So shocked by the good reviews! Everything was awful.
Wow! Fabulous food! So flavorful and so fresh. We ate there twice over 2 days and were not disappointed. Get the soup dumplings no matter what! You will thank me.
We try many kinds of noodles and three kinds of chicken, Dan Dan noodle and chongqing noodle is my favorite one. They were so good
Orders the chicken with spicy sauce, the dan dan noodles, and the crab/pork soup dumplings. First and foremost the dandan noodles were amazing and you should get them. The soup dumplings were also amazing, very nicely steamed. The spicy chicken was fine , I think I would try something different next time!
I was supposed to meet someone here, but plans fell through, so I decided to check this place out on my own. I had a spring roll, Dan Dan noodles, and a Wong Lo Kat herbal tea. The spring roll was good. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious and had a nice kick. I also really enjoyed the Wong Lo Kat tea. It had a very pleasant floral taste. This restaurant reminds me of the more authentic Chinese spots I tried in Flushing, NYC. I will definitely be back soon.
