Spacious, Good foods and services. Good for big group and party. Parking: Small parking lot in the back
Go to for Dim Sum if you live in the area but don't want to endure Flushing parking/traffic.
I’ve been to my share of Dim Sum restaurants. I like New Northern Manor because of its location in Little Neck/Douglaston/Great Neck. The food is always delicious and they have some variety. The service is good although it may not seem like it when you first walk in the door, because it can get chaotic due to the many customers that dine there. It can be a long wait before you’re seated, but I’ve learned that if you have a little patience, it is an overall good experience here. The atmosphere is also good. Always very clean, tidy, and many folks going around to ensure that your table is ready when you’re seated and ordering. They are also well dressed. I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to be. I recommend if you like Dim Sum. Parking: There is parking available, but area gets very congested. Be prepared to park a block or two away when the area is busy.
Miss the old owner who retired. Now under new management under a partnership with this guy. He is very dismissive and rude.He only comes around when it's time for the check to rush you out. who He was one of the ex managers of the old place and he was rude then also. Just look at him he looks like Dr. Evil. Food is bad and service slow. Pricey too. Used to be our goto for dimsum due to its proximity but it's been consistently a bad experience so we're going back to flushing for our dimsum.
