New Nagoya

Extremely rude staff today to a group of kids that spent their hard earned allowance. The man working wouldn’t give them more than one spoon and it was a group of kids that bought food to share for their club after school. He accused the boy of “trying to steal from a small business”. They’re literally supporting your business!! With that attitude I pray your business won’t be around much longer.

Ate here for the first time, food was prepared quick but taste and quality left a lot to be desired. Had the steak hibachi, and steak was super gamey, chewy and flavorless. Fried rice tasted like white rice only worse. For the price Won’t recommend

Great food, and great service overall.

First time in Nagoya today. I ordered the steak, shrimp and chicken Hibachi and rice. It was superb. Enough to enjoy a second meal. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Parking: Enough lots for parking. Accessible for people who love with a disability. Plenty's of tables and chairs. The crew in New Nagoya were friendly, welcoming and polite.
