Their imitation Chinese dishes does not come close to making up for their terrible customer service. Rude, petty, extortionist!

I ordered sweet & sour shrimp with extra sauce and crab cheese wontons. All the sauce is brownish and taste burnt. I was charged for extra sauce. The lady on the phone argued with me that the sauce is made that way. I've ordered from here for years and the sauce is reddish, but not today. This explains why this place is at three stars. Very sad because the delivery is so nice and my food is usually ok. Time to look for a more accountable local Chinese restaurant.

Terrible service! We found a long medium to light Brown hair in our sesame chicken. Refused to refund us after coming to pick up the whole order. So took the food and the money. Still waiting on our 64 dollar refund!

This is my favorite Chinese food place in Denver. They are always fast, the portions are big and everything is hot and delicious.

The place has an ambiance I'd describe as Urban American Squalor. We phoned in an order and my wife asked for fried rice for my meal. She wanted steamed rice. Got home to discover we had only steamed rice, no fried rice. I called the store to complain we hadn't received our full order. The woman said my wife hadn't ordered fried rice. I told her my wife had ordered it, and I heard her do so as we were both in the car when she ordered. The woman became argumentative and rather than own up to the error, disconnected the call. There are many fine Chinese restaurants in Aurora. This ain't one of them! We will never buy from then again... EVER!!!! Parking: Parking at that location is irrelevant to us... we ain't ever coming back.

They mixed old rice with new rice and the egg rolls were old and fried hard my first and last time there. You know the rice was old as well because the egg in it was yellow/green not fresh.
