I wish there was more than one location. I go into the Mall and buy more things that I really don’t need. Blessed beyond measure.

good service! Outstanding coffee and Espresso. l have been a Nespresso Club member for almost 4 years, and it’s been a good experience. The boutique is inside the Macy’s at the Mall at Millenia. You can buy Vertuo line or Original line Nespresso machines, accessories and coffee/espresso/etc capsules here. I have purchased capsules and accessories for both sets of systems although now I only have an originalline-machine. You can also usually try some coffee/espresso, definitely if you already own one of these machines. The people who work at this nespresso are nice and helpful. Hopefully they open a seperate/“dedicated” Nespresso Boutique, preferably like the one in Beverly Hills/Miami!

Customer service when ordering coffee used to be excellent! Now it’s completely awful! We’re waiting over a week to get our coffee! Not happy!! We paid for 3-5 day shipping and we are at day 7 no coffee!

This review is intended to clear up any confusion you may have. This Nespresso Boutique is located on the 3rd floor of the Macy's in the mall. You can also not buy the Nespresso machines here. When I was there they had just a couple of one model that they were given by accident. You should come here if you are looking for a new pod flavor or accessories for your machine. There is one person who will brew you a pod flavor to try, and another manning the register who will grab you your sleeves of pods. The worker at the testing counter was knowledgeable of the products! I just came in hoping I would leave with a machine, so I was disappointed. Come here with the right expectations and you will have a good experience!

Heads up. Closing 2/2/23 when I spoke to them on 1/18/23. Limited stock of coffee pods due to closing. They use to have anything and would let you know when new flavors were coming out. It's going to be online from now on. Sucks they are closing.
