Nekter Juice Bar

This location used to be great. Up until the latter half of 2020 they made great smoothies and bowls. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was also a frequent customer. But the last 2 months or so of 2020 this location has changed a lot. I always got the same thing but “supposedly” the staff says the “manager” claimed that they can’t add the particular item into the order even with a extra fee. No explanation or anything. I mentioned that I was always getting it with it and other places like them still add it in except for them the last few visits. They don’t have any answers. A couple of times I had ordered through their app well in advance (20-30 minutes before I arrived) for my regular item and a couple of items for some people I knew. The 1st and 2nd orders were fine. The 3rd to the 5th orders were messed up. Without asking they decided to remove the ingredient from the order and replace it with a totally different ingredient. I didn’t try it until I was almost home. At that time I just threw it out. Also even with ordering 20+ minutes in advance it still took them another 25-30 minutes for them to start making the order. Each time they were not busy. They were just sitting and standing around socializing. And it seemed like they got all new staff around the end of 2020 and that they don’t seem like they want to be there. They seem like they are more interested in sitting around. Lastly their app and store says that they are temporarily unavailable. Don’t know why though. The next closest one is about 15 miles away.

Always a handwritten sign on the door essentially saying “sorry we don’t have anyone who works here come back later.” if you can’t staff your establishment in this pristine real estate market, then you should give it to someone else.

Awful business hours. What business doesn’t have a standard start time? I’m here for a business trip and went out to get my entire team of 20 smoothies and this place says it’s open on Google, but I show up and they are closed. Apparently they open when they feel like. Good, I’d rather give my money to a business with standards. The equinox across the street was open and served my entire team great smoothies. Avoid this location if you respect your time.

I love this place! Owner and staff are super accommodating and friendly with super yummy drinks to serve and great for kids too!!

I typically love nektar. Always need it after a night out. Unbelievably loud explicit rap playing at this location to the point where I had to wait outside. The employees making the smoothies did not know their product or ingredients - they were out of agave and when I asked what a good substitute might be they did not know or have one, and turned what is normally a delicious smoothie into an undrinkable concoction

Daniel gave the best service and made sure I enjoyed every ingredient. At first the tropical cooler was a little too bitter for me but he quickly fixed that by helping me sweeten it with some agave and mango!

One star is too high for this place. The worst juice I shave ever tasted, took forever to get 2 juices, the staff was literally looking at the ingredient chart while making the juices. I usually write positive reviews, but this place is special.

This place is a joke. I came in at 4:14pm when their closing time was listed at 6pm on google maps. The server said we’re about to close and when I kept asking him why, he just kept on saying we’re about to close with no explanation. Do not come here, it’s a waste of time

this place is pitiful. I walked in to get a smoothie, as a reward for signing up since i never tried this place. and i couldn’t even use the reward: the guy told me to order online but the system was down what a joke. stay away from this place!!!!!
