Bought a mocha a few weeks ago when I was in nyc and they’re continuing to bill my card. Im receiving fraudulent transactions on my card weeks after leaving nyc! Pay cash! Over $20 for 1 hot drink…
I came 2 morning in a roll to the cafe for a quick cappuccino and ham and cheese croissant. Staff was fast and friendly. Both cappuccino o and croissant were on point!
Went here about a month ago, weeks after my visit there the restaurant tried to charge my CC twice, call my bank and they said the establishment attempted two unauthorized charges. Had to cancel my card. Food wasn’t even that good anyways. Don’t come here.
Great for a coffee meeting. Friendly staff.
Stayed at the Arlo midtown about a month ago and this is the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD RECENTLY AND ARE NOT PICKING UP. I cancelled my card after talking with my bank. I tried to call them to make them aware what someone attempted to do. If you stay at the hotel and go here please be aware!!!!
The bavette steak was juicy and tender. The ambiance was nice and the seating comfortable.
I'm from out of town and made a reservation for the terrace for post dinner drinks with friends for October 29. A week earlier, I saw on their Instagram that they were having an event with a DJ that same night, so I reached out asking if my reservations would be affected and they responded that they shouldn't be. On the actual day, I got text and email reminders about the reservation, only to show up and be told that because of the event, those with reservations would be pushed to whatever tables were available, but not on the terrace. That would be totally understandable had they informed me earlier, but we came all the way here for no good reason and received no apology for the inconvenience. The situation was poorly handled and it's clear that Nearly Ninth holds no regard for who would be paying customers.
Fantastic food. Really good cocktails. Very happy with this find.
The coffee here is to die for!
waited 15 minutes to be sat down to never be helped.
