The food flavors were OK, but the service was appalingly poor. Table of 8. 6 were served. I was given a cup of soup, but no spoon. No one checked to see if we needed anything. One of our meals was not served with the other. We had to ask 3 times where the meatball sandwich was. In the end, the others in our party had finished their meal BEFORE anyone even attempted to bring the last person's order. EXTREMELY disappointed. The server failed to see if anyone needed anything at the table, food was so late we had to cancel one order, one of us left hungry, the pizza order was incorrect (left off the key ingredient in the name), the bills were incorrect and had the items completely mixed up...
So it's pretty rare that I review a restraunt, let alone from the parking lot, but my experience at neapolitan Pizza & Birreria was incredible. My server Jon was 10/10, his recommendations were spot on, and any time I wanted to make an alteration he made me feel like the number one priority was to make any meal as perfect as possible for my family. He also made future recommendations that don't give me a choice but to come back. 10/10 will be back, and if every time I come it's the same experience my wallet is going to take a hit.
Great little pit stop driving up or down PCH.
We went in for a quick dinner based on the rating. The staff were friendly and the place was decent inside. We had a couple drinks and then had some appies and some kids pasta for our little guy. I wouldn't say that anything was bad but after our great dinner the night before it was a bit disappointing. I can only assume that the high rating is based on the pizza which we didn't try.
Good food, well located and they have parking.
Amanda is the sweetest! Down to earth, patient, she pointed me to the right food plate for my craving. The Soup of the Day, chicken soup
Awesome neapolitan pizza! My wife and I will come back again :)
Great service with cold beer . Had soup, outstanding, and the grilled cheese sandwich was on the money.
