Nautical Bowls

The bowls here were delicious! We loved that there were different options/combos for the base. There are also lots of good toppings. The employees were very knowledgeable and hope guide her decision in the right direction. So refreshing and yummy! Will definitely be going back!

The cashier was patient and great! Explained the menu when I was confused and all the taste of the bowls loved it.

Worst Manager i have seen in customer service. This is my first review ever and i am making it becuase im really mad with Nicki Something "manager". Recently we have being enjoying the bowls made by the good young staff they have. But unluckly yesterday the manager was serving the bowls but really she was looking like new doing them, so slow and cant even manage customer reviews becuase there was another customer complainning about a wrong order, ( thats another story and bad review). I bought 2 anchor bowls for my wife and a friend (order to go) when my wife got it at home it was half full of oat and the rest the other ingredients. We complained about that the next day at the store with a different staff member and she contacted the "manager" and started a discussion without hearing what the customer was complainning. At the end in a sarcastic mode she offered a bowl full off Acai telling she can give it to me all full if that what i want it, and i reject it. Hopefully the managment changes or there are no more wrong orders becuase leading with that manager is a pain. We ended up enjoing a Acaí from Smoothie King thats 1 block away without issues :)

Absolutely delicious, but let's be real, it's an ice cream shop. If you come in with that knowledge, you are in for a treat.

I just had the opportunity to meet the owner of nautical bowls! She is amazing! Her staff is always so kind and considerate and professional! It is so nice to see that customer service mix with cleanliness and a quality product coexist in one place! Thank you my New York sister! I highly recommend! And!! All of the sugars are natural! My tummy is so happy! Kid-friendliness: Our son loves it here! He loves the anchor bowl!

I had a great experience at nautical bowls in Charlotte! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service was fast. The prices are slightly expensive, but in my opinion, well worth the product. I would highly recommend this place to those interested in a quick healthy option!

My favorite spot right now! Great prices for their bowls and you can load them up with all your favorite things!! The store is super clean and cute they have little friend jars that have papers with questions to ask your friends and such and the service was amazing! Amazing place I definitely recommend coming here if you love smoothie bowls
