Very delicious beer. The bartender, George, was very passionate and knowledgeable about beer. The happy hour can't be beat in the area.

They no longer have guest beers or a kitchen but the staff is great.

I can’t wait for the day this bar shuts down, so I won’t be subjected to their loud stupid music at 1:30 IN THE FREAKING MORNING!! Please be more considerate of the residents upstairs!!

I was in desperate need of a spot to post up and work for a while. Native Son came to mind and I couldn’t have chosen better. J could quickly sense my level of stress and set me up w a comfy spot w an outlet and wifi. He asked me what I liked for beer and his recs were spot on. Thanks for making a tricky afternoon a little brighter. I’ll be back and I hope others do too!

They blast their music too loud, service is slow, and the food is over seasoned.

Food gets a 1 star because they don't serve food but the location is close enough to restaurants that it's not a big deal. The drinks are great walked out with four crowlers. Service was great I was helped by Justin who was really helpful and walked me through the flavors of the drinks.

Every experience here has been fantastic. It's a neighborhood gem with a friendly staff and interesting beers. Perfect for a couple of drinks before or after any event downtown.

It's simple: my favorite bar! Great beer, good food, and an awesome staff!
