Native Restaurant and Lounge

The food and drinks were great. However, the service was horrible, we didn’t receive our drinks until 1.5hrs after being seated and our food after 2 hours. It got to the point my party of 12 left because of how poorly their time management and communication became when we were asked to stay. We stayed since brunch everywhere else was ending. All together would not recommend, save yourself the stress. That was all after we were denied our reservations for having a minor.

Amazing drinks good food

I am having a hard time writing this review as the atmosphere was amazing. Service was great when we finally got it. It took about 20 minutes before someone took our order for drinks. Drinks were really tasty and hookah was good. My husband and I came for drinks and hookah but I wanted a little something to nibble on so I ordered sweet plantains that were ok. They had some pieces of what appeared to be chicken crust which was confusing. The problem for me came after we were leaving. We saw the chef who still had on full uniform cross the street from the establishment and pee on a tree. I did call the establishment to let them know as that is unacceptable considering he still had his uniform on. Unfortunately what they did not no is I work for the health department and Unfortunately like I mentioned that was unacceptable. It really sucks as we did enjoy our selves but will not be returning due to the obvious.

My brother and I came to try egusi and fufu for the first time, we weren’t fans of the egusi and the lovely Fatima changed it to the red stew which was AMAZING. Beautiful inside kind and friendly staff! 10/10

Every time I support a Black owned businesses, the customer service is They always overcharge for FROZEN, pre made food. Overall service & food is a 0/10. Ridiculously overpriced for small portions & spoiled food! Please do not waste your precious dollars here

Don't waste your time or money here. Food takes an hr & a half to come out. Overpriced & NOT tasty. Don't belive the hype. Watered down drinks, overpriced overpriced & overpriced. Any place but here. A waste of time & money.
