Don't tip on an online order. I normally don't as I'll give cash to whoever gives me my order. Today I knew I had no cash so I tipped on the online order, what a mistake. I placed the order at 330 when it was not busy and wings were suppose to be done by 350. I show up at 4 and they hadn't even started on it. I got my order at 410 - 20 mins after it was suppose to be done during a slow time. So much for online orders to save time and tipping ahead of time. This place needs new management.

Our food was great in service was even better. Our server was Lucy and she did a great job. As a corporate employee in a food service industry I can say that she did an excellent job.

As soon as we walked in we felt unwelcome even though there were barely any customers and we arrived at 9 pm, 3 hours before closing. When we walked in the hostess was cleaning the windows and help the door open for our group, yet she didn’t even greet us (we said hi to her and she ignored us) and she was incredibly unfriendly. We got seated and ended up leaving after a couple of minutes because we felt uncomfortable. We were so confused as we were leaving because we didn’t do anything for them to be so unwelcoming. Will not be back

Dropped in for some Buffalo chicken fries and the house sauce with a side of honey barbecue boneless wings. Very good! Service was quick, has a bar and grill atmosphere you can watch the game have a drink and enjoy a meal.

Stop by here the other day for lunch. Haven’t been here in about 15 years. Still has the same chill vibe. Got to catch a few March madness games lots of TVs in this place. Very good service. No wait to get seated and they even have mother Road IPA on tap. They have an inside and outside section and it’s a good place for kids. If you want to have a some wings and a beer and watch a game. The wings are really good and the ranch is delicious. Parking: Plenty of parking and you can park on the street if it’s parking lot full Kid-friendliness: Definitely able to bring your kids here. Have a beer eat some wings and watch a game. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

I just spent $40 on a meal that a 5-year-old wouldn't be full off of. The wings were so small and had no meat on them. I will never order from this place again

I don’t know if we came on an “off” night, but my boyfriend and I did not have a good experience here tonight. When we first walked in the restaurant was dark, and the music playing would have gone over better in an elevator. It was just a weird vibe from the start, but we were already there, so we decided to stay. We were helped pretty quickly, and our waitress was cordial, so I will give service 2 stars. However, it all went downhill from there. The tortilla chips for the appetizer were stale and hard as a rock, and after trying a few, we gave up on them. I mentioned this casually to the waitress who was like “oh, really?” I’m not usually one to complain at restaurants, but these chips were almost inedible. When our food came out, the chicken strippers were very dry, and the fries looked like they were thrown from the freezer into a fryer with absolutely no “color” to them. My boyfriend had the breaded fish, which was soggy, and is feeling queasy from it. Overall the food was bland, with very little seasoning, and the portions were quite small. In addition, I asked for celery and carrots, and about 10 minutes after ordering, the waitress returned to the table and told us that they didn’t have carrots. I was fine with that, but then I never got any celery, either. Although not the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, I expected a lot more for the steep price, and honestly could have gotten better food from a drive thru. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
