Great party place but too many stairs for intoxicated party people. There is an elevator, but it does not open on all levels. Rooftop is amazing. The bullride is the best.

If I could get 0 stars for customer service, I would. Not only was the general atmosphere deflated and lacking enthusiasm, the security guard was the most petty and rude individual I’ve experienced. Not only did he lack the the absolute minimum qualifications for a low-waged customer service position, he was making unprovoked sexist and racist remarks towards white women. I will never return to this bar and will never recommend to anyone. Stay away if you’re looking for a fun and drama free time.

Elevator wasn't working, four flights of stairs, not fun. Drinks were ok, enjoyed the skylight. A little bit of dancing, but not much.

It was my first time coming to Nashville, and me and some friends decided to check out this bar. I can say that I was thoroughly and utterly disappointed and was not treated with an ounce of respect. Since I am yet to be 21 I received two x’s on my hands upon entering the bar, which didn’t bother me. I don’t like drinking for personal reasons. I sat and talked with the people I went with and went to the bathroom a time or two where I then washed my hands thoroughly, as one does after using the restroom. Although the x’s faded slightly, they were still clearly visible to anyone. I went back down to sit with my friends. After a few minutes or so the lead security guard, slapped our table and muttered a few words. We were all left confused since he wasn’t even communicating to us what he meant. He said we “had to go” and claimed that I tried to wash off the marker, and was asked to leave. Confused, we tried to explain that I had washed my hands a few times and it had faded but was still fully visible. He kicked us out without even listening to our side and then proceeded to berate us at the door saying, “it’s always the females”. This experience was overall frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good time with some friends with good and standardized customer service.

80% of the games didn't work and the associate was very rude when we asked for the bowling to be fixed. Blamed us and said we broke it but it worked after he reset it.

5 levels of music arcade games . Bowling hoops etc

I was here for an AORN Surgical Conference, and they always throw us a party. This year, it was here. I enjoyed this place. It's 6 floors with each floor offering you something different like (1) bull riding, (2) bowling, (3) dance floor with the DJ that you can hear on each level, and (4) cornhole. There was more. I just can't remember. It was fun. I truly enjoyed it and thank Steris for being the sponsor of the party. The only thing that would've made it better was some live music, but I was very happy. The DJ played to the diversity of the crowd. No vulgar language or racial slurs were used in the songs he played. He did some hip hop and country line dance songs. He did well. I enjoyed it all. The drinks were good. I am not sure if they served food or not. I didn't order any, nor did I see anyone with food. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating to all of us. I would definitely come here again.
