Nashville Social Club Carson City

Maybe an off night but food was not good. So heavily salted it was hard to eat. Tasted pre made. The fried chicken was so dark. Is the oil in fryer old? There were fried green tomatoes on the margarita pizza. The breading is thick w no tomato taste. Hostess was on her cell texting while we waited. She seated us at a huge table and when we asked for something smaller so we could easily talk she said “no” and walked away. Food server was sweet but didn’t know much about menu items.

Had the biscuit sandwich and cohort had the chicken and waffle. My sandwich was just ok. Biscuit was good but sausage was more the flavor(less) of ground pork. 12 potatoes cubes and 9 fruit squares rounded out the plate. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Hot honey it was dipped in caused all the breading to fall off. Waffle was good. All in all, not a value at $16 and $22 respectively.

We have been here twice. The atmosphere is ok. They had musicians playing when we got there, but abruptly at 6pm they packed up and left. Weird , are the musicians only for early birds? The food was awful, I asked to substitute something for the coleslaw and they said no. So I asked that it be left off my plate, but there it was on my plate when I got it. I ordered a chicken breast dinner and the chicken was practically inedible. Very dry, but greasy at the same time. ???? My husband had a half chicken dinner. Perhaps it was half a Cornish game hen. Overall very high prices for crummy food. Don't reccomend.

The food here is amazing Southern style food. The drinks and entertainment are top notch and we have never had a bad service experience. Truly an amazing experience in Carson City.

Fried chicken sandwich was not good. Dry and pretty tasteless. Not worth the price. Tomato soup is good.

Absolutely fantastic show put on by the Kingston trio and by Nashville Social Club for booking fabulous acts. Exactly what our community needs!
