Great pizza

NPC has long been a family favorite of ours. Staff quality varies, but the food is always good. Edit: Superbowl Sunday, 2024. Eating here for decades and in MUCH busier times than this (there was one other table and a salting of Togo pickups) I can't remember service being more srewed up than this. Both our half salads were wrong, so they remade them. They then brought our half sandwiches, but they were essentially burned black so we sent those back. I think this annoyed the grill dude who then sent the replacements untoasted and with cold meat, making it a cold Subway instead of the formally awesome Jake. They knocked a little off the bill, but if it has been our first experience, it would have been our last. Still,. We've come here since the 90s, so we're likely to assume they had a bad day and will try again.

Have ordered pizza from this location several times and it was fantastic. Ordered takeout last night and decidedto try something new. Ordered 2 big Jake sandwiches and breadsticks. Breadsticks were over cooked and tasted burnt and were crunchy. My wife's sub had some modifications, none of which were correct. Asked to sub banana peppers for green peppers. Nope. Asked to add lettuce and tomato. Lettuce was added, no tomato. Very disappointed after driving home 25 minutes to find this out.

Nashville Pizza Company in Franklin, TN, is a hidden gem! The Hawaiian pizza took me on a tasteful journey with its perfect harmony of sweet pineapple and savory ham. And those cannolis – pure magic! Crispy shell and dreamy filling made it the best pizza experience I've ever had. Kudos to Nashville Pizza Company for crafting such delicious wonders!

I love Nashville Pizza Co and worked at the grassland location 15 yrs ago. We always order from NPC when we get pizza and are always happy with the food. That wasn’t the case today. I order for pizzas to be picked up an hour later (specified twice during my phone order) when I got home it was clear that the pizzas had been cooked immediately at sat in the box for nearly 45 minutes. It was a floppy mess and at over $100 for 4 pizzas that unacceptable. I’ll continue to be a customer of NPC but I’m not sure if this location will get my business again.

The best pizza place in Franklin, even the Nashville area, for probably over 2 decades now. Other than having to order well done to fit my preferences, I rarely if ever get a bad pizza.

Nashville Pizza Co. in Franklin has really gone downhill. Staffing problems seem to have hit them hard and food portions for the price were embarrassing. We liked them before but sadly won’t come back. I put some of the salad on a plate (pictured) and was upset enough to write this review. $40 and was still hungry.

Pizza always great! We always order the large so we can have 2 more dinners! The Hubie is a classic sandwich. Service is perfect. Great comfortable atmosphere. Been going here for 12 years! Need I say more!?
