Nash and Proper HQ

I work near this place and always see the food truck driving down Northgate Blvd so when I saw they were at Aftershock I thought I should give them a try. I ordered a not hot chicken sandwich which was prepared somewhat quick but they had just gotten power back to the truck so they get a pass for that. After finding a place to sit I started eating the sandwich only to find it was the hot sandwich which is not what I ordered. The hot sauce on the fried chicken had almost no flavor except for a strong vinegar taste. Although the sandwich itself wasn’t that bad, the price along with getting my order wrong is just something I can’t justify. 3.5/5.

Pick up only. Quick, simple and convenient. And don't get me started on how delicious it is

For their food truck, I went and ordered, they said it would be 15-20 minutes, it was about an hour. During that time they stopped taking walk in orders and didn't bother to post anything or tell anyone until they wait in line and try to order. When pulling the food out that's ready to pick up, they didn't bother to call anyone's name so 5-10 people would have to walk up and check the receipt.

First time trying it today. Picked up at Northgate location and food was done on time. It was actually being finished packing as I walked through the door. Once I opened my box (chicken sandwich and fries) the fries were EXTRA cold as if they have been sitting for a good 1/2 hour or so.....terrible! Secondly, the chicken was warm and a lil greasy. The taste was ok if you like cooked chicken thats been sitting for awhile. Oh and I ordered mild only to bite into like 6 pieces of jalapeño which actually made it hot. I actually bought 3 chicken dinner sandwiches for a cost of $50.00....NOT WORTH IT! Save your money and go to a food chain. I really thought SacTown had something! PS: there was # to call and complain so I wrote it here

Got the order wrong and taste wasn't as usual

Great place, they made my order last minute even though grubhub set my order for the next day(my grubhub order was for that day). Grub hub sucks and I'm just going to call people to order while this covid thing goes on

I never thought eating a chicken sandwich would be an experience. But it was. First time I got this, ordered with doordash and I got hot. Sandwich is ammmaazzing. I eat spice and this was hot even for me but a good hot. Chicken was so dang juicy and soft I think ill have to go again tomorrow.
