Food was Amazing. There were so many people walking in but it took me less than 30 minutes to get my salmon and grits.
I insist on stopping here every time I’m taking a trip down 95 south or back up 95 north. There and crab gravy over grits is amazing!. Their crab balls are also amazing! The crabcake and crab balls are the same. The only difference is size. Google posts the times in which they are open but they will close one hour before the time that’s posted on Google so they take their last customer an hour before the closing listed on Google. They are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7 AM to 12 PM so you need to be in the door by 12 noon. On Fridays they are open from 7 AM and take their last customer in the door at 1 PM. On Saturday they open at 8 AM and take their last customer at 1 PM. They do takeout and dine in. After coming here for a Few years one thing they have done is they now have the upstairs for seating as well as downstairs. Their lamb tips with gravy over grits is also very good. Their biscuits are homemade and delicious.
This is a great spot just outside of town to ride your bike. I would recommend a taxi or Uber though considering the amount of food and how delicious everything is. We like this place. It cures what ales you every single time.
I liked it... it was a few things I did not like... the coffee was not good and the seating was overcrowded. The music was nice and the staff were friendly.
The wait was outrageous!!!!! With wall to wall seating with barely enough room to turn your head. But, well worth all of it it after having their lamb omelette. The owners and employees were professional and welcoming!
I loved my meal of grits and shrimp with the gravy side! Leah was an incredible host, and I will be back again!
The food was excellent. But the service was horrible and the wait time for our meal was way too long.
