Good atmosphere. Overpriced, gross food. Drinks are fine

Good food and good service

My wife and I dropped in for a late lunch and had a great experience. The people were great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was delicious. Oh, and did I mention the cocktails?! Tasty goodness.

So we planned in advance to do a private dinner and once we got here we did not get that and in the mist of us trying to figure out we were totally disregarded by one manager and he acted as if he didn’t have time for it (they weren’t busy) so then we finally get seated in a private area (which only made it private because it wasn’t anyone else sitting there) and it just wasn’t the best experience our server was fine but the food we received was not hot like they waited to bring everyone food out at the same time so others got cold. I just felt like from the jump we didn’t get took serious and I don’t want to say it’s a race thing but for us as African American women being treated as such that’s just not okay and y’all need to do better as an establishment. We’re spending money just like anyone else and if you don’t want African American customers put it on the door don’t take us just for us to be treated different and it was a noticeable difference.

It is a great ambience, my soup came out cold but it was reheated, place wasn’t very full but still waited a while for service

Absolutely love Napa Kitchen in Toledo. I have come for both lunch and dinner, and have always had a fantastic experience in both food and service. Monica provided the most friendly, prompt service which made the experience even better. I sit in Napa writing this review enjoying my lunch, the unique Moscow Mule made by Monica, and the relaxing environment looking forward to being back again.

This place is an absolute joke. They harass their employees on false information and allow their employees to bring in guns who threaten other employees and they do absolutely nothing. The food itself is never made right and has people there who don't give 2 craps about the place.

We loved Karis! What an amazing server with such a great personality!! She was very attentive with her customers and worked the bar with ease! First class service from one of the best servers we have ever had! Keep up the great work!

I've been here several times now while in Toledo - the food is really good but what takes the cake is the service - we had K.C. and he is beyond attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine. Be sure to ask for him - he will definitely take care of you.
