Missing to turn on the heater,

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had the worst meal of my life, was so put off I couldn’t finish it. A worker here— Tanya— was utterly disrespectful and her customer service skills were disgusting. She insulted me and my sister for taking too long and even tried making me pay extra for chicken that was part of the meal! “This same woman began to yell at the kind waiter who was trying to assist me, I have never seen such disrespect between co workers.” This woman Tanya should not be allowed to continue working and terrorising customers. Xx

I recently visited and was disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the shift manager, Tanya. Her dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. However, I must commend Tipu for his exceptional service, which stood out amidst the negativity. Despite Tanya's behavior, Tipu went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I hope management addresses this issue to maintain the high standards expected from such establishments.

Everything was great will definitely return!

For how busy this place was, the food was great, the service was great, our server in particular was attentive and kind. Everything arrived really promptly, and there was hardly a wait on arrival. Only issue were other customers, who somehow think it's okay to take their shoes AND socks off in the middle of a busy restaurant
