Frankie was the best server, went out of her way to make our experience the best, such a good vibe about her too 10/10

I thought Nandos in SA was losing the product standard BUT this one was worse. The chicken was flame grilled but with a blend taste. I had to get home and spice the leftover chicken with Six Gun spice to give it taste.

Service girl was rude which ruins the atmosphere. Be careful of the cookeries, the forks and knifes are not clean at all.

Hot decent food, nothing to moan about. Everything you need it to be.

If i could have given zero stars i would have, i had visited this place a couple of days ago. the presentation of this restaurant was absolutely appalling and the service was mediocre. I had asked for my glass that i had previously paid for and was refused it, being accused of not paying. I also noticed the chicken had multiple hairs on it and was undercooked. I was disgusted. The staff at the front had absolutely unbelievable attitude towards me. I was im absolute shock and disarray. The manager Louis failed to assess any issues with my food and service which was overall very disappointing.

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service, I waited for 30 minutes even though there was plenty of seats available. I witnessed a young lady with brown hair and glasses pick her nose as if she's searching for gold and scratch her hair and continue to serve food! The food was cold by the time it came to us
