Had been here probably 20 or more time but recent visit wasn't close to expectation, very long wait time , no sauce like how are you run out of ur own signature sauces main reason people come here to eat for sauces and taste of chicken and if you are missing those .... they run out of ketchup bruh seriously

Excellent place, great food and outstanding atmosphere!.. Nothing more

40 mins for chicken to come out, insane.

Ate a chicken wrap for dinner just so I can throw it up the next day. Gave me food poisoning.

As a visitor from the UK, and a frequent patron of the restaurants over there, I was very curious to see how the US menu compared to what I'm used to back home, and I have to say... not bad at all! As my go to favourite (Sunset Burger) was not on the menu, I opted to try the most similar sounding thing - the Thigh & Mighty Sandwich. The classic Lemon & Herb Peri Peri taste was practically identical, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. Flavour was otherwise good overall. The chips (fries) were great, and a very close approximation to the excellent chips served back home. The garlic bread was actually better than what's served in the UK restaurants, very tasty, crunchy outside and a soft fluffy bready centre! Oh, and they have halloumi!!! Thank goodness they have halloumi, I was VERY happy to see this! Decor of the restaurant had that classic Nando's feel, although there were curious issues on the day of my visit including there being no forks and no table salt available. Whilst I do think the UK does it a little better, Nando's USA has made a valiant effort to replicate a classic on this side of the pond, and it certainly scratched the itch, so to speak!

The staff were all very attentive and made us feel so special. We will definitely return!
