Nando's PERi-PERi

Solid food, but a bit pricey for the portions. Updated review: Most recent trip wasn't great. The croutons on the cesar salad were extremely stale. And they forgot to bring out part of my order.

After waiting 40 minutes for a dine in order (4 people at my table ordered separately), we asked and were finally told that we should expect to wait 1.5-2 HOURS for dine in. Absolutely wild, and there was NO indication about that wait anywhere in the store, on menu, or after placing our orders virtually. We went across the street to Qdoba instead, and will each need to process a credit dispute with our payment methods to ensure we aren't charged for our non existent meals.

So convenient right by my job!

Nandos is always good. If you want chicken, but not the same old chicken, try Nandos. You can't go wrong with grilled chicken, and their sauces are great.

I was at peri peri with my sister and they are taking forever to give us our food. This is horrible customer service. Don’t go to this restaurant. This is garbage

So glad to see this place has improved a lot!! ************ Edit - I've been back many times since I wrote this review and haven't had another bad experience, so I wanted to update it. I think they are under new management and doing a much better job, even with the lunch rush. *************** I'm bummed to write this because I've always loved the food here. But the service was so chaotic today and the food was incredibly slow when the restaurant didn't have much of a lunch rush. Maybe 3-4 people at a time waiting for food. I had an hour lunch break, walked to Nandos, ordered, and then waited just under 40 min standing next to the counter. The 2 people with me had the same experience. At 30 min I finally said something and at that point they started putting together our stuff. Multiple people around us were holding wrong food or waiting forever for food. I had to walk back to work with my food and no time to eat it.. I'm really hoping it was just a one off and they get it together. Kitchen staff were working really hard it just seemed like there was zero management or coordination going on. The food was still great though!

Came in to grab a bite before going to see Shen Yun. We ordered and waited over 40 minutes for the children's portions they gave you for the price. The food sat at the window so long that we went to get our own food because the hostess was inundated with orders and had to take over the register at one point. The music is nice and all, but the tables were rickety, not cleaned off like 30 minutes after patrons left, and it was just utter confusion. The staff were nice, but this is close to slave labor when one person is filling two or three roles. It would have been my quitting day.
