Nana Middle Eastern Street Food

Solid little place for bowls and wraps etc. Food is consistently good, it’s quick, more or less reasonably priced with a good selection of the usual middle-eastern fare. Outside seating is nice although on a busy street, inside is plain and simple, definitely nothing fancy. Counter service only. Good choice for take-out. Parking: Parking downtown, as can be expected, is extremely difficult. Unless you’re visiting the areas for other reasons and have already parked, or live close-by, parking is going to be a challenge.

Amazing gem hiding in downtown Tampa. Delicious Middle Eastern food but set up as a fast casual dining experience with bowls, salads, and wraps. Ample vegan options, including an incredible vegan pomegranate kibbeh! Great for omnivores and a quick bite while you're downtown! Vegetarian options: Great vegan options, clearly labeled. Since they are bowls, salads, and wraps you have many options to choose from for toppings, too!

Fresh falafel with magical jalapeño cilantro sauce in a wrap with all the delicious vegetable things I imagined would be here. Frozen peach drink and rice pudding. There's no reason to put this restaurant head to head with the Columbia, but if my wife made me choose the Columbia instead of this that would be unfair and I don't believe you "couldn't find parking."

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was really bad. As someone who eats a lot of middle eastern food, this was a very poor representation of that. The food was tasteless and the portions were very small for the price of the meal. The steak shawarma was extremely greasy. The chicken literally had no salt, like did not taste like anything. There’s an option for pita, bowl or salad- but when I asked for a salad they seemed very confused by that concept, I then asked for salad dressing for the “salad” and they said “we don’t do that”. I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews, maybe they bought them? Or it’s just friends and family leaving fake reviews? All I know is I won’t be coming back.

Went tonight for the first time with my family. The food is outstanding. I am a chef with 20+years experience and the flavor profiles are exceptional. The Owner Tony was very nice helping my young son with recommendations with the menu. Highly recommend trying this place you will not be disappointed!!
