This restaurant celebrates the very pinnacle of the soup dumpling (小笼包) cuisine experience. The tender steam cooked dumpling skin, that flavourful but not-over-the-top warmth of the soup, and the comforting morsel of meat to finish. For soup dumpling lovers who want that deluxe experience, try the subtle taste differences of up to six different flavours. We ordered the six-flavoured one and found that while the difference is in the soup itself, that familiar meat finish brings it all back together. We suggest ordering the cucumber salad as a palate cleanser between each dumpling. For first timers of this dish, we recommend just ordering the authentic original flavour, which the chefs have faithfully adhered to. You do not need much more. To top it all off, the service of the hardworking staff is excellent, and the vibrant brunch-time atmosphere made this a memorable dining experience.
