It's little and homey. The bartender was very kind and I enjoyed having a conversation while I waited for my food, which wasn't long. Hands down the best friend chicken I've ever had. It was a moment of mixed emotions because I was so happy because it was so good, but so sad because I live nine hours away and can't have it more often.
I had the all white chicken meal with greens and pinto beans. Very chill spot.
Food and drinks are amazing. The portions are enough to feed two people.
Eric, the man! Great food, great convo and I’ll be back for sure! Pot pie is to die for
Found this place a couple years ago and now it’s our go to spot if we’re driving through!!!!
Penny pintchers..... it started with sauce my Son would get the chicken tenders from the kids menu and they decided to start charging for sauce. Who eats chicken plain? So of course you are obligated to pay an up charge .75 per sauce. I get that for extra if someone wanted 2 or 3 but they charge you for 1. Now they've taken drinks off the kid's menu while increasing their prices. You could simply go next door to Not Watsons and get a kids meal for $1-2 less and with drinks included. I delt with the sauce because I enjoyed the food, however to take drinks away from children and charge parents even more money for a family dinner out is just plain greed. They will no longer have my business nor recommendation what so ever. Too many other good quality restaurants in Knoxville to deal with penny pinching greed that don't appreciate your business. Especially with their recent health score looks like down hill from here.
Yeah, we'll be back. Lots of food, was able to make multiple meals off of the leftovers. The ribs are great, fall off of the bone and the sauce has a good spice. Probably the best ribs since we moved from Memphis. Chicken tenders were good as well and big!
